Dr. David T. Babington is a native of Chantilly who has spent his life deeply connected to this community. This passion for service led him to join his father, Dr. William Babington, in their Fairfax practice shortly after graduation. For 13 years, the father-son team had the privilege of serving Northern Virginia families together.
A New Chapter
When his father retired in 2019, Dr. Babington became the sole proprietor and established Legacy Dentistry of Virginia. While our name reflects our history, our focus is firmly on the future. Dr. Babington has honored his father’s tradition of excellence while transforming the practice into a modern center with tools to better serve the next generation of patients.

If you are looking for a calm, steady hand, you are in the right place with Dr. Chung. Originally from Iowa City, Dr. Chung brings a warm, thoughtful demeanor to every appointment. He practiced general dentistry for nine years before finding his professional home here at Legacy Dentistry.
Dr. Rebecca Cerva
For Dr. Cerva, joining Legacy Dentistry is a true homecoming. A native of Northern Virginia and Oakton High School alum, she is passionate about caring for the neighbors she grew up with. She brings a warm, personalized touch to the team, ensuring every patient feels like family.
